In line with government’s policy directives into subsidised social housing, we welcoming applications from low to medium income households with a monthly income of R1, 500 to R15, 000.
Key considerations; provision for 30% of tenants should be earning between R1, 500 to R5, 500 with the remaining tenants earning between R5, 500 and R15, 000.
Each unit has own criteria for income bracket – R3500-R15000.
Combined salary of a married couple will be kindly considered.
