About the Hull Street Social Housing Project

Welcome to the Web Portal showcasing the
Hull Street Social Housing Project (HSSHP) being steered by the Sol Plaatje Housing Company (SPHC),
trading as the South Africa Swedish International Housing Company (SASIHC).

The HSSHP is a subsidised social housing rental estate aimed at providing affordable and decent shelter. It is strictly for low and middle income qualifying South African citizens. The HSSHP is being constructed in Kimberley’s historic suburb of De Beers, erf 34185. It is the Northern Cape’s first-ever fully fletched social housing landmark.
