Progress is being made in linking with paved external roads. Equally, strides are to be made in linking up with stormwater networks.

And for civil construction precision, we’ve entrusted the experienced and highly rated Amandla Building and Construction which has undertaken similar developments around the country.
SUSTAINABILITY
TRAINING
In fostering a culture of compliance during the construction phases of the rental estate, SPHC will strictly hold Amandla Construction and its sub-contractors to conducting Toolbox Talks, Life Skills sessions each week.
Training is an apex priority and shall be adhered to throughout the construction cycle. We will also be in a position to offer advice in this respect and undertake workshops and individualised interactions.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
We committed beyond the Occupational Health & Safety measures expected of us to adhere to. Health & Safety is the lynchpin of our working culture. This we shall continue to pursue in the construction of this rental estate. We will be raising the bar in holding daily drills and undertaking assessments at the end of each working week. Further, we shall ensure that each service provider presents plans which we shall monitor.
ENVIRONMENT
With the development unfolding in an established suburb, we compelled to ensure the highest levels in technical compliance. Environmental preservation is a fundamental tenant in our activities. This we are to ingrain and carry out as part of our Social Impact Plan flowing from the Social Facilitation Process.
We care about the environment. We also commit to the use of environmentally friendly materials during construction. Water shall be used optimally throughout the construction phases. The guarantee in upholding and contributing towards a safe and healthy environment is a hallmark in our operations.
